- Platform YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or leave it open.
- Session A timer runs on the Lock Screen. When it ends, the session is over.

ration holds no rights to any video in its library, and pays for none of it. Each entry is a link, a duration and an editor's note. The creator's work stays the creator's alone.
